Coordinate with Support Staff for Supplies and Equipment to Support Training

Perform Duties as Assistant to the CO

Acts as the CO in the Absence of the Commander

Coordinate and Follow up as the CO Directs

Supervise Equipment Distribution

Establish Load Plans for Movement

 Makes Safety Happen



Platoon Leader

Coordinate with the CO and XO

 Control Platoon Organization

 Complete All Required Tasks

 Establish Platoon Plan of Action

 Issue Platoon Operations Order

Conduct Platoon Inspections and Rehearsals

 Organize for Physical Conditioning Drills

Makes Safety Happen

 

First Sergeant

Organize Company Formations

 Prepare and Submit Morning Reports

 Control Sick Calls and Account for Absences

Control Movement of the Company

Supervise Field Mess Operations

Perform Other Duties as the CO May Direct

Platoon Sergeant Responsibilities

Assist the Platoon Leader

Coordinate with 1SG and Squad Leaders

Organize Platoon Formations

Account for Platoon Attendance

Prepare and Submit Morning Reports

Control Sick Calls and Account for Absences

Supervise Issue and Turn In of Equipment

Control Movement of the Platoon

Ensure Squad has Proper Uniform and Equipment

Supervise and Inspect all Details Assigned to the Squad

Ensure Squad Draws Required Equipment and Rations

 Issue Squad Operations Order

Prepare Squad for All Missions
